Terms of Use

1. Overview and purpose of the Service

"Neo Delight SNS Analytics" (the "Service") uses APIs provided by external services such as TikTok, Instagram and Facebook to obtain and aggregate social media metrics for our official account and our store accounts.

We provide the Service internally so that the metrics can be analyzed within our company and used to improve our social media operations.

2. Eligibility

The Service may be used only by persons who meet all of the following conditions ("Users").

• The person is an officer or employee of our company or our group companies and we have approved their use of the Service
• We have entrusted the person with managing the external service account to be connected
• The person complies with the terms of the external services, these Terms and our Privacy Policy

3. Prohibited conduct

When using the Service, Users must not:

• Violate laws or public order and morals
• Violate the terms of any external service
• Connect any account to the Service that we have not authorized them to manage
• Gain unauthorized access to the Service or place an excessive load on the Service or external services
• Use data obtained through the Service beyond the scope in Section 5, or provide or disclose it outside our company
• Infringe the rights or interests of us or any third party
• Engage in any other conduct we deem inappropriate

4. Accounts and credentials

Users must properly manage their login information for the Service and the account information of connected external services, and must not allow any third party to use them.

If a User learns that an account or credentials have been, or may have been, used without authorization, the User must notify the responsible department immediately.

We encrypt access tokens and other credentials obtained through the connection and use them only as necessary to provide the Service.

5. Handling and scope of use of data obtained

We obtain data from external services only within the scope authorized by the account administrator and handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Data obtained is used only to aggregate metrics and for internal analysis and operational improvement. We do not sell, provide or disclose it outside our company or use it to select targets for advertising.

Data obtained is kept for up to three years from the date of collection. If a connection is revoked, we will delete the data and credentials obtained for that account within 30 days.

6. Connection with external services

The Service obtains data through the APIs of TikTok (TikTok for Developers) and Instagram and Facebook (Meta Platforms, Inc.) and stores the data in Google Sheets. Use of each external service is subject to that service's terms of use and privacy policy.

A connection starts when the account administrator authorizes it on the external service's screen and can be revoked at any time from the app settings of each external service.

Changes to or discontinuation of an external service may change the scope of data available or make the connection unavailable.

7. Suspension and changes

We may suspend or change all or part of the Service without prior notice in the event of maintenance, system failure, changes to or discontinuation of external service APIs, or other unavoidable circumstances.

If we terminate the Service, we will notify Users in advance except in an emergency.

8. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of data obtained from external services.

We are not liable for any damage caused by the suspension or changes of external services, communication failures or other causes not attributable to us.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms as necessary. Before a change takes effect, we will announce the revised Terms and their effective date on this website or by other appropriate means. Use of the Service on or after the effective date constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the Service.
